Boarding
Our facility holds 54 stall's, we still have a quite a few open for boarding. Please just contact Renny through
E-mail ONLY! Not through whisper. NOTE: Renny, and a board of members will be reviewing your form. They have the right
to turn anyone away that the see fit to be turned away. :)
All horses must be tamed to some level, the lowest level would be halter trained. Unless you are a foal, then no training
is acceptable.
We require that all horses, compete in our shows at least a few times a year. We try and keep them frequent, so check
out the message board in the barn for postings.
If you board a horse with us, PLEASE make sure its up to date on all its shots. ICly I am a veterinarian, I do
not want a plague running through my barn. Mmkay? Kay.
Try to show up once in a while, if I see you haven't shown up in the dream within two weeks time. I could very well take
your stall away from you. I want to keep things active in the dream. ( If there is a reason then explian it to me, don't just
let me assume)
If you do not pay at the end of the month, which is when payment is due for your stall the last day of the month, then
you will be removed of your stall. Simple as that. I have to much interest in stalls to let them go empty.
Whats Included?
We have a small list of things that we include so that others may be able to get a idea of what we have to offer...
Feeding/Watering (Selected carefully for the nutrients, and bought regularly so it is fresh.)
Exercise ( You can request what type of exercise your horse is allowed when you aren't around, we have small paddocks,
pasture, and hotwalker available)
Grooming ( Our grooms will gladly groom your horse every day unless otherwise noted. Washing and brushing them daily)
General Veterinary Care ( I will let shots, dewormer and teeth floating slide, as it is no problem to me. But if the
expense gets costly then I will begin charging you.)
Training ( This is optional, we have a few Trainers on hand. If you are unsure of what to do, ask them. If you want to
be taught with your horse set up a time.)
Pricing
Simply put we have two different prices...
Mares/Fillies/Colts/Geldings/Foals - all are 1 cookie per month, due at the end of the month.
Stallions- 3 cookies per month, due at the end of the month.
What else should I know?
Well to give you a idea of what else you get by boarding with us. Our Barn is fully heated in the winter, which is a neccessity
being in Vermont. And completely cooled in the summer, on this extreme hot days. We keep the ideal of, treating all boarders
and horses like family. Abuse is not taken lightly here, we will press charges on you ( otherwise ban you).

Please give all information in the email so she can set up a stall for your horse. Horses Show and Call name, age, breed,
feeding program, training with, turnout/exerise and any warnings we should know about.
